The race is in your calendar. Is the training?
You signed up. Week one you were serious. Then a work trip, a cold, a bad weekend — and now you're three sessions down with no idea whether to catch up or write them off.

Training plans assume a life you don't have.
Most plans are built for someone whose Tuesday evening is always free. Yours isn't.
The plan doesn't fail because you're lazy. It fails on the first week that doesn't go to plan — and then it keeps failing, because nothing ever re-plans it.
How Mustered works
- 1
Starts from race day
Give it the event and the date and it works backwards.
- 2
Puts every session somewhere real
Not a plan you consult — an actual commitment at an actual time, in the calendar you actually use, around the meetings you actually have.
- 3
Checks in daily
Short. What's on today, and did yesterday happen.
- 4
Re-plans when you miss
This is the whole point. One missed session changes the next fortnight. Mustered adjusts the block instead of letting it quietly fall apart.
- 5
Learns your patterns
Which days you genuinely train and which ones you never do — and stops pretending otherwise.
It won't flatter you.
Mustered is deliberately direct. If you've logged four sessions in three weeks, it says so. If the numbers aren't moving, it tells you why rather than congratulating you for opening the app.
“You can't out-train your fork.”
That's an actual thing it said to a tester stalled on a weight goal. If you want encouragement, there are other apps.
Is this you?
- There's a date in your calendar and it's getting closer.
- Week one was perfect. Week five, less so.
- You have a plan — from a coach, a book, a spreadsheet. The plan was never the problem.
- You train better when someone is expecting you.
- You've paid the entry fee, and that's the only reason you haven't quit.
